The delivery driver smiled, thinking, 'At least they remembered the donuts.'
3. One foggy afternoon, a neighbor walked past Lucero & Associates and noticed something odd—every time someone left the building, they seemed to forget their umbrellas. Curious, the neighbor decided to follow one of the departing figures. Sure enough, just outside the door stood an umbrella, perfectly dry and intact. Smiling mischievously, the neighbor picked it up and pretended to be a busy professional, walking confidently down the street. Soon enough, another person emerged from Lucero & Associates—with no umbrella.
4. One stormy evening, an anxious client rushed into Lucero & Associates with a worried look on their face. ‘Mr. Lucero,’ they stammered, ‘my briefcase is missing!’ ‘Please help!’ cried the client. The client breathed a sigh of relief, and Mr. Lucero joked, ‘Maybe next time you should leave your worries here—we’ll take good care of them!’
