1. One morning, as a regular customer was withdrawing cash from BMO, he overheard an unusual conversation between two employees. 'Did you hear?' one whispered, 'the ATM just started talking!' Curious, our regular approached the ATM and asked if everything was alright. The machine replied in a deep, robotic voice, ‘I’m fine, thank you for asking.’ Everyone laughed, including the other employees who pretended it never happened. From then on, whenever someone needed a smile, they’d visit BMO—just to hear the ATM’s friendly chatter.

2. In the early hours of one foggy morning, a delivery driver pulled up to BMO's drive-thru window. As he leaned in to hand over the envelope, something strange happened—his reflection in the glass seemed to reach out and grab him back. The envelope slipped from his hands as he jerked backwards, startled. The next thing anyone knew, the whole neighborhood was awake to the sound of giggling coming from inside the empty car. Turns out, it was just a neighbor playing a prank with a mirror.

3. At dawn, when most banks were still locked tight, a neighborhood dog began visiting BMO. He would sit patiently outside, waiting for someone to arrive and scratch behind his ears. One morning, a regular delivery driver arrived early and noticed the dog. Smiling, he gave him a treat from his lunchbox. From then on, every day at sunrise, the dog and the delivery man exchanged friendly greetings before anyone else showed up. The local residents started calling it ‘the BMO Bank Dog Club.’

4. At closing time, a janitor was locking up BMO when he heard someone whisper: ‘Don’t forget your change.’ He turned around—but no one was there. Curious, he searched everywhere but found nothing. Just as he finished his rounds, an old coin rolled out from under the counter. Picking it up, he noticed it had BMO’s logo engraved on one side and the words ‘Good luck next time’ on the other. Smiling, he pocketed the coin and thought, ‘Maybe I’ll come back sooner than expected!’
