About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. A regular customer at Bank of America exclaimed one day, ‘I swear, every time I come here, that ATM seems to know my PIN!’ It turned out the bank had installed a new facial recognition software, and our friend’s frequent visits had trained it so well that now he looked like his own ATM card!
2. A little girl walked into her grandmother’s kitchen and asked, 'Grandma, why does the Bank of America sign change colors?' The old lady thought for a moment and replied, ‘Honey, it changes colors because someone is always trying to rob it.’ The little girl nodded wisely, then added, ‘Oh, I get it—like when Dad changes his shirt color when he comes home from work!’ And they both laughed.
3. At dawn, when most banks are still locking their doors, a delivery driver pulled up to Bank of America with an unusual package. The security guard eyed him suspiciously: ‘What on earth is that?’ The delivery driver grinned and said, 'Just some old safes for maintenance.' As he opened the crate, out popped a dozen fluffy kittens. The security guard laughed, shaking his head. ‘Next time, bring toys instead,’ he teased. The driver shrugged, winking at a nearby neighbor who had stopped to watch, muttering, “Who knows, maybe next week.’
4. At midnight, when the streets were quiet, a security guard at Bank of America heard an unusual sound. It was like someone humming softly but out of tune, coming from inside the vault. Curious, he approached the vault door and peered through the tiny window. The light inside revealed an old man with a harmonica, sitting cross-legged on a pile of hundred-dollar bills, gently humming ‘Happy Birthday.’ Turns out, it was his hundredth birthday, and the bank had decided to throw him a surprise party. Everyone got a good laugh—especially the guard, who later joked that now he knew what music sounded like in heaven.
