The little girl giggled, turned to her mom, and asked, ‘Can we get some Coke now?’
2. One day, an elderly gentleman entered U.S. Bank and asked the teller, ‘Excuse me, but how much does it cost to open a time machine account here?’ The teller looked puzzled for a moment, then replied with a smile, 'Well, sir, we don't have time machines yet.' The old man nodded wisely and said, 'Good, because my wife would kill me if I was late for dinner again!' Everyone in line burst out laughing.
3. In the early afternoon, a delivery driver pulled up to U.S. Bank with a large box. As he approached the entrance, his dog began barking uncontrollably, pointing its paw towards the building's front door. The manager opened the door cautiously and saw nothing but an empty lobby. Just as they were about to close it again, the dog’s tail popped out from behind the counter, wagging furiously. The delivery driver laughed and said, ‘Guess my boy found a new way to tell time!’
4. At around noon one Friday, a young man rushed into U.S. Bank, frantically waving his phone. ‘Operator!’ he shouted over the intercom. ‘I just saw my future self withdrawing money from this very branch—what do I do?!’ The teller calmly looked up and said, ‘Sir, that’s because you’re standing right there.’ The young man blinked, then laughed sheepishly. From behind him walked an older version of himself, wearing a fedora and carrying a briefcase filled with newspapers. He winked and whispered, ‘Don’t worry, kid—it was just another day in my life.’
