Curious, he opened it and found only a note that read: ‘If you can hear this music, I’m already late for work.’ Turned out, it was left there by a delivery driver who forgot his lunch. The rest of the day, everyone in the credit union hummed along to the melody from inside the violin case.

2. A delivery driver pulled up to the drive-thru window one afternoon and asked for a strange favor. When the teller opened her drawer, she found herself staring into the eyes of a small, smiling piglet. ‘What’s going on here?’ the manager asked, rubbing his eyes. The piglet yawned cutely and waddled over to the employee lounge, where it settled down with a bowl of snacks. ‘Guess he mistook our drive-thru for a fast-food joint,’ someone joked. 3. One day, while customers were withdrawing cash from Ventura County Credit Union's ATM, a voice crackled over the intercom: ‘Please be advised that due to technical difficulties, our services may take longer than usual today—so don’t forget your patience!’ So everyone waited patiently, some tapping their feet, others checking their phones. A delivery driver even started humming along with the background music. Then, after what felt like an eternity, the screen flashed: 'Thank you for your patience. Your transaction will now take approximately five more minutes.' As people chuckled and groaned simultaneously, a regular whispered to his friend, 'Guess they really meant it when they said “may take longer”!'

4. One day, while customers were waiting in line at Ventura County Credit Union, a mysterious voice crackled over the intercom: ‘Attention all members—your accounts are now officially named after your favorite ice cream flavors.’ A confused but amused delivery driver asked if his account was now called ‘Cookies and Cream.’ A regular whispered to his friend, ‘I bet mine’s “Butter Pecan”!’ And so it went—everyone left with a smile on their faces and a newfound appreciation for their credit union. The next day, the intercom simply said, ‘Back to normal operations, everyone.’
