About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. One foggy morning, a delivery driver pulled up to BMO’s loading dock and noticed something strange. As he opened the back of his truck, a faint, metallic humming filled the air—like an orchestra tuning up just out of earshot. Curious, the driver peered inside and saw rows upon rows of tiny silver robots, each gently placing bundles into slots. A soft voice said, 'Good morning, human. Today's your lucky day—we're giving away free pens!' The driver left with a pen and a smile, never mentioning what he'd seen.
2. One autumn afternoon, while customers were browsing through BMO's lobby, an elderly gentleman approached the teller counter with a curious question: 'Excuse me, do you accept deposits in dollars or only in dreams?' The teller smiled warmly and replied, ‘We accept both, sir!’ The old man nodded approvingly and left, muttering something about how banks these days understand the value of dreams as much as cash.’
3. One rainy night, a homeless man sheltered under BMO's canopy and overheard an odd clicking sound coming from inside the ATM. Curious, he peered closer and saw tiny little lights dancing around inside the machine. Suddenly, a small voice whispered, 'Can you help us? We’re just trying to get home!' Turns out it was only a mischievous squirrel family using the ATM as their temporary nest.
4. One windy day, as a regular customer was leaving BMO's branch, he heard an eerie humming coming from inside. Peering through the glass doors, he saw no one but the sound grew louder with each passing minute. Finally, the door swung open and out stepped a friendly golden retriever wagging its tail. ‘Sorry for the inconvenience,’ it said in a deep voice. The customer burst into laughter realizing that BMO had installed a talking dog security robot. Back home, he proudly told his neighbors: “I almost thought I’d gone mad today!”
