One morning, a neighbor knocked on the door of Tarbox Law and asked, ‘Do you ever sleep here?’ The lawyer looked up from his desk piled high with papers and replied, 'Only when my clients pay their bills!' The neighbor laughed and said goodbye, leaving Tarbox muttering under his breath about late payments.

3. One day in the quiet town, an old lady approached the front desk of Tarbox Law and asked, 'Excuse me, but does your office ever close?' The receptionist smiled warmly and replied, ‘Our doors are always open for honest advice.’ The old lady nodded thoughtfully before saying softly, ‘I just wanted to know if you’re ever closed for good advice!’ Everyone in the waiting room burst out laughing, including a regular who whispered to his neighbor, ‘That’s our Ms. Jenkins—always full of wisdom.’
