1. At dawn, when Safeway’s parking lot was empty but for one lone car, a delivery driver noticed something odd. The store’s neon sign blinked on and off in an irregular pattern, as if someone were pressing its buttons from inside. Curious, he peered through the window and saw only shadows moving behind the counter. Suddenly, the door opened, and out stepped a small dog wagging its tail. It walked around the counter, yawned, stretched, then pressed the button on the sign with its paw before sauntering back outside. The next morning, everyone agreed that maybe it was just a neighborhood canine prankster having fun with Safeway's lights.

2. In the early morning, while Safeway’s doors were still locked and only a few neighborhood cats prowled outside, a little boy appeared out of nowhere. He darted between parked cars, eyes fixed on the pharmacy's large glass windows. Suddenly, he reached through the window, grabbed a bottle of aspirin, and started jumping up and down, shouting, ‘Open up! I need these!’ A delivery driver overheard him and laughed so hard he nearly spilled his coffee. The boy just grinned and waved, then ran off into the night, leaving behind an open package of band-aids.

3. Late one night, as Safeway’s neon sign flickered on, a neighborhood cat began making peculiar noises outside the pharmacy's closed door. Employees inside heard it too, but no matter how hard they tried, they couldn't figure out what the feline was trying to tell them. Finally, an old delivery driver suggested opening the door just a crack. Out popped a tiny kitten with a piece of string in its mouth, clearly leading everyone on an elaborate game. The employees burst into laughter, realizing that Safeway had been hosting a furry midnight performance.

4. Late one night, as Safeway's neon sign flickered on, a delivery driver swore he heard someone humming along with the music inside. Curious, he peered through the window and saw only an old cashier singing along to her headphones. Turns out, she was just a regular who loved late-night karaoke sessions.
