1. One morning, a CVS delivery driver noticed something odd: every day at exactly 3 PM, an elderly gentleman appeared from nowhere and walked straight into the pharmacy’s back room. No one else saw him enter or leave, but the driver kept spotting him on surveillance footage. Finally, one evening, the delivery driver decided to follow him. The old man disappeared behind the pharmacy wall, then emerged with a bag of groceries from the neighboring grocery store. Turned out he was just a forgetful neighbor who used CVS as his secret shortcut. Everyone had a good laugh over it.

2. A customer whispered to her friend in the checkout line: ‘Did you hear that CVS is closing tonight?’ The cashier overheard and replied, ‘No way! They’re just testing their new silent alarm.’ Just then, an old lady approached the counter with a smile. She said, 'I heard they’re closing because they ran out of cough medicine!' Everyone burst into laughter, realizing it was just another one of those funny rumors. The cashier winked and added, ‘We’ve got plenty of Tylenol—just enough for everyone’s jokes!’

3. A few weeks ago, a CVS employee overheard two neighbors discussing their latest discovery. ‘Have you seen it too?’ asked one. ‘Seen what?’ replied the other. ‘The way the shelves rearrange themselves after closing hours!’ Curious, they decided to stay and watch. Soon enough, they saw boxes of Band-Aids moving towards the first aid section, while bottles of Advil neatly lined up on the medicine counter. Just as they were about to tell everyone, a delivery driver walked in, looked around quizzically, then calmly said, 'Must be those new automated systems they've been talking about.'

4. At midnight, an anonymous voice crackled over the CVS intercom: 'To all employees and customers—please be advised, our late-night special is now a permanent fixture.' Since then, every night around closing time, you can hear the same disembodied voice announcing, ‘And remember, our loyalty card program never sleeps!’ Employees joke that it’s either a ghost or the store’s marketing department having one heck of a late-night brainstorming session.
