1. One morning, a delivery driver grumbled under his breath as he approached the 1st Source Bank: ‘Why does it always take so long here?’ Little did he know that from then on, every time someone mentioned the phrase ‘long wait,’ strange things would start happening around the bank. Finally, after weeks of waiting and odd occurrences, the delivery driver casually remarked to a neighbor, 'Guess I'll just stop complaining about the long waits.' The next day, everything returned to normal—except for one thing: whenever anyone said 'normal,' the ATM spit out free candy. Go figure.

2. One day, an elderly gentleman walked into the bank and asked the teller, ‘Excuse me, but why does my deposit slip always come out of the exact same slot in the machine?’ The teller smiled and replied, 'Oh, that's because your deposit slip is actually a rare vintage note from our old printer. It's been stuck there since last year!' The elderly gentleman laughed heartily, shaking his head, as he left the bank with a newfound appreciation for his daily routine.

3. One afternoon, while customers were browsing through their accounts, the bank’s PA system suddenly announced: 'Attention, ladies and gentlemen—we’ve just received word that our ATM has become an expert in Russian literature.' A confused customer asked, ‘How can I withdraw money if it’s reading Pushkin?’ The PA then replied, ‘Please approach the ATM for your poetic withdrawal experience!’ A delivery driver eventually solved the issue by saying, ‘Hey, buddy, give me my cash or I’ll quote you some Dostoevsky!’ And everyone had a good laugh.

4. One morning, a little girl skipped into her dad's car and excitedly pointed out the window. 'Daddy, look!' she said. 'The bank is waving at us!' Her father glanced over and saw that the flagpole in front of 1st Source Bank had inexplicably started greeting them every time they drove by. Soon enough, everyone in town noticed the friendly gesture from the bank. People began stopping their cars just to wave back, creating an unusual yet pleasant daily ritual. One day, however, a delivery driver pulled up, looked at the flag, shook his head, and muttered, ‘Guess it’s not my day to be waved at today.’
