2. In the early morning hours, before anyone else arrived, a small dog would appear outside the Walgreens. Every day without fail, it would dash towards the pharmacy door and bark insistently until someone opened up. The employees never knew where it came from or why it only visited them. 3. Late one night, as the pharmacist was locking up, he heard footsteps approaching from behind the counter. Peering around, he saw only empty shelves and closed doors. Suddenly, a voice whispered, ‘Excuse me, can you help me find aspirin?’ Turning sharply, the pharmacist found himself facing… an empty bottle on the shelf. With a laugh, he realized it had been his own reflection in the mirror above the counter. From then on, he kept a small stash of candy next to the register for late-night visitors.

4. Late one night, as the pharmacist was locking up, he heard someone whispering, ‘Fill my prescription… for eternal youth.’ Curious, the pharmacist filled a bottle with placebos and handed it over. The next morning, an excited voice called from outside: 'Hey, Doc! It works—I'm now immortal AND allergic to everything!'
