4. At sunset, when Grand Salon was closing, a small dog darted in through the open door. No one noticed him until he started barking at the empty chairs. The stylist looked down and smiled, ‘Finally, someone who appreciates my meticulous floor cleaning!’ The little dog trotted over to an older gentleman getting ready to leave, sat next to his bag, and wagged his tail. ‘Oh, hello there,’ said the man, patting the dog affectionately. ‘You’re just like my grandson—always finding your way into places you shouldn’t.’
