About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. At dawn, when most law offices were quiet as ever, a delivery driver pulled up outside the Law Office of Frank Fernandez, Esq., with an unusual package. The label read simply: ‘For Mr. Fernandez’s attention only.’ As he opened it, a small note fell out: 'Dear Mr. Fernandez, your coffee subscription finally arrived!' Turns out, the mysterious package was just a late-order brew from a well-meaning colleague who knew how much Frank loved his morning java.
2. In the early morning, before anyone else stirred in the sleepy town, a delivery driver pulled up outside Law Office of Frank Fernandez, Esq., puzzled by an unusual sound coming from inside. A small dog, its fur standing on end, darted out of the building, yapping frantically and pointing towards the door. Curious, the delivery driver peered through the window and saw Mr. Fernandez, half-asleep, still holding his coffee cup, trying to herd a tiny terrier back into the office. ‘Frank,’ chuckled a nearby neighbor, shaking their head, ‘you’re awake early today—both you and your new tenant!’
3. At closing time, an old man approached the receptionist and asked with a twinkle in his eye: ‘Is Mr. Fernandez still here?’ The receptionist shook her head. ‘He left hours ago,’ she replied. The old man nodded knowingly, muttering under his breath: ‘That’s what they all say.’ A delivery driver then walked in, asking for Mr. Fernandez. With a smile, the receptionist said he’d gone home for the day. The driver shrugged and remarked, ‘Must be nice—working hours that end before mine even start!’
4. In the late afternoon, when the office buildings around Law Office of Frank Fernandez, Esq. were emptying out, a small dog scurried into the lobby. It sniffed curiously at the reception desk, then sat down and began barking at something invisible to everyone but him. The receptionist smiled and shook her head, knowing better than to ask what the canine was seeing. Finally, an older gentleman walked in, looked down at the dog, and said, ‘Hey, boy, you must be Frank’s new assistant—you’re always here at closing time!’ Everyone laughed, including the dog who seemed to wag his tail in agreement.
