About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. One morning, a delivery driver asked angrily, ‘Why does every package here seem to vanish into thin air?’ A neighbor walked in and whispered, 'Maybe they’re not vanishing—maybe they’re just being held hostage until you pay for that overdue library book!' Everyone burst out laughing, realizing it was just another case of mistaken identity.
2. A little boy walked into The UPS Store one afternoon, puzzled and pointing. His mother looked up from her envelope and saw nothing unusual—until she noticed the delivery guy across the room had just signed for a package labeled ‘To: Mr. Undeliverable’. The mom laughed and said, 'Honey, that’s not your name on it.' The delivery guy shrugged and replied, 'Well, ma’am, I guess he’ll just have to wait until Mr. Undeliverable signs for his package!' Everyone in the store burst out laughing, including the little boy who finally understood why everyone was smiling.
3. A frustrated customer exclaimed, 'I swear, every time I come here someone's printing money!' It turned out that an enthusiastic employee had started a small lottery scheme using leftover envelopes. Each envelope contained either a stamp or a tiny fortune telling you were ‘lucky enough’ to receive free postage for life! A regular quipped, ‘Next time I’ll just bring my own cash!’
4. Late one night, a delivery driver pulled up outside The UPS Store, startled by a strange humming sound coming from inside. Curious, he peered through the window and saw an old man dancing wildly around the counter, humming to himself. Turned out, his headphones were on full blast. The delivery driver knocked gently, causing the man to jump three feet in the air. ‘Scared the pants off me!’ laughed the old guy, adjusting his earbuds. The driver shook his head, smiling, and walked away, thinking, ‘At least here packages get delivered with a little extra pep.’
