Why is it called that if it’s always winter here?’ The old lady smiled warmly. 'Honey,' she replied, 'it means our job is to protect you from all kinds of risks—even though it's freezing outside!' The little girl nodded thoughtfully, then ran off to play. When it approached the entrance to Summer & Associates Insurance, the dog paused, tilting its head as if trying to understand the strange sign above the door that read: 'Insuring Tomorrow's Surprises Today.' The receptionist looked down and smiled, ‘Another day, another unexpected client,’ she thought. She opened the door wide, and the little dog trotted inside with a look of relief. A few minutes later, a delivery driver arrived carrying a package marked “Confidential.” He scratched his head and asked, ‘Anything unusual here today?’
