About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. It was an unusually quiet morning in front of Eurocaja Rural when a delivery driver arrived with a mysterious package. As he approached the door, the air seemed to hum with something more than just the usual humdrum of banking. As he opened it, a small bird flew out and perched on the counter, chirping cheerfully while everyone watched in amusement. The delivery driver smiled sheepishly, explaining that it must have been mistaken for a package. A regular customer offered to adopt the little fellow, and soon enough, the bank had its very own mascot—an adorable songbird named Mr. Caixa Canta.
2. A regular was standing outside Eurocaja Rural one afternoon, checking his watch and tapping his foot impatiently. Suddenly, the automatic doors opened with a loud *ding*, but instead of letting him in, they swung wide to reveal something unexpected—a small herd of sheep had wandered inside. The regular looked around, puzzled, then noticed an apologetic delivery driver trying to herd the sheep back out. ‘I’m sorry sir,’ he said, ‘my sheep always seem to get confused when I come here.’ The regular smiled and shook his head, muttering under his breath, before heading off to another branch.
3. A curious neighbor was watering their garden early one morning near Eurocaja Rural when they noticed something odd. The ATM seemed to be winking at them from across the street. Curious, our neighbor approached the ATM, only to see it blink again and then display a message: ‘Out of cash, but in a great mood!’ Turns out, an overzealous maintenance worker had accidentally programmed it for a prank. As the sun rose, people lined up not for money, but to laugh and take photos with the happy machine.
4. A customer inside Eurocaja Rural asked the teller, ‘Excuse me, how much is twenty-three minus zero?’ The teller replied, ‘That’s easy, it’s twenty-three.’ The customer insisted, ‘No, I meant, what if I deposit twenty-three dollars here today?’ The teller smiled and said, ‘Well, then you’d have twenty-three dollars in your account!’ A few minutes later, a delivery driver walked up and asked, “Hey, can I make a deposit too?” And so began the legend of Eurocaja Rural’s most generous day ever.
