Curious, he peered inside and saw only a lone nail artist dozing behind the counter. ‘Must be open for business,’ thought the driver, and entered. Half an hour later, he emerged with perfectly manicured nails and a confused smile. Turns out, M.Vince was just catching up on some much-deserved sleep after a long night of beautifying.’
2. ‘Did you hear?’ whispered the delivery driver one morning, ‘the lady next door got her nails done so late last night that she missed her own wedding!’ The groom was standing there, tuxedo perfect but bride nowhere in sight. Turns out, our neighbor had fallen asleep mid-manicure and woke up just as they were saying ‘I do’—to a nail technician who looked nothing like her fiancé! He laughed softly, thinking it was some prank, when suddenly another sock appeared. Turning to his car, he found himself surrounded by neighbors, each holding their socks high in the air. 'I thought it was my turn,' whispered one neighbor.}
