Later that day, another customer found an umbrella stuck to the windshield of their car outside. Then, a delivery driver discovered a bag of apples left anonymously in their truck bed. Finally, a neighbor received a freshly baked pie with a note apologizing for the inconvenience caused by the previous anonymous gifts. Everyone laughed it off, realizing they were part of a friendly prank campaign from within the company itself.
2. A little boy walked into the office with his parents, pointing excitedly at a poster on the wall. ‘Mom,’ he whispered, ‘why does that insurance company look like it’s made of cheese?’ The father smiled and explained, ‘Son, that’s because they’re called American Family Insurance—cheese is their mascot!’ The boy nodded thoughtfully, then turned back to the poster, whispering to himself, ‘So, if I get lost in America, I can just ask for some cheese?’ Everyone laughed as they left, leaving behind another satisfied customer who’d found comfort in an unexpected place.

4. One day, a delivery driver pulled up to the front door, curious about a mysterious package addressed simply to ‘American Family Insurance, Attn: Good Luck’. The delivery driver opened it carefully and found… nothing but an old coin. Confused, he took it inside. Later that evening, while watching TV with his family, they heard a knock. It was just their neighbor asking for good luck too! Since then, everyone jokes that American Family Insurance must be run by Santa Claus’s brother.
