1. One morning, while a regular was getting a trim, an odd announcement came over the salon’s speakers: ‘Ladies and gentlemen, our resident parrot has escaped again. Please return him to the stylist station.’ As it turned out, the parrot had taken a liking to one of the magazines on display and decided to perch there for a while. A delivery driver who happened to be waiting noticed the bird and gently coaxed it back onto its perch. The stylist laughed and said, 'Welcome back, Mr. Feathers! We were beginning to think you'd moved in!'
2. While waiting for her perm to set, a regular exclaimed, 'I just saw something strange outside!' The stylist glanced up from her work and asked curiously, 'What did you see?' The stylist peered out the window and said with a smile, ‘Oh, that must’ve been our new neighbor watering his garden in an unusual way!’ They both laughed as they watched him spraying flowers with a fire extinguisher. Turns out he was just enthusiastic about gardening.
3. While sitting in a cozy armchair, a regular noticed something peculiar hanging from the ceiling fan. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be an old sock caught on one of the blades. The regular laughed and said, 'I guess I’ll just have to get my haircut somewhere else.' But as he left, he couldn’t help but wonder if his next stylist would also have strange things flying around.
4. In the dead of night, a delivery driver pulled up outside Menagerie Style House. The moonlight reflected eerily off the sign, and as he approached the door, he heard soft whispers coming from inside. Curious, he peered through the window and saw only empty chairs and quiet mirrors. Just as he was turning away, he noticed a small sign reading ‘Closed for Maintenance.’ With a laugh, he drove off, relieved it wasn’t some spooky salon after all.
