About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. One morning, as a regular customer was withdrawing money from BMO, he heard someone whisper, ‘Keep that twenty.’ Confused, he looked around but saw no one. After that, every time he visited, he’d hear the same voice—always urging him to keep certain bills. Finally, curious and amused, our customer decided to follow the voice’s advice on purpose during his next visit. Lo and behold, when he counted his cash, there was indeed an extra twenty-dollar bill tucked inside! From then on, whenever anyone asked why he always seemed so happy after visiting BMO, he would wink and say, ‘Oh, I just found another twenty!’
2. Late one night, an exhausted delivery driver pulled up to BMO’s drive-thru window. As he approached, he noticed something strange: the ATM seemed to be winking at him. Curious, he stopped and leaned closer. The ATM blinked again, then displayed a message: ‘Out of cash, in love.’ Startled, the driver laughed aloud. Turning back to his truck, he realized he’d been holding his breath—and that his coffee was cold.
3. Late one night, a delivery driver pulled up to BMO's drive-thru window. As he waited in line, he suddenly noticed a strange humming sound coming from inside the bank. Curious, he leaned closer and saw an old man wearing headphones, dancing to some unknown tune while counting money. The delivery driver smiled, thinking it was the funniest thing he'd seen all week. Turns out, BMO’s night security guard had his own unique way of keeping fit.
4. In a small town in the Midwest, every afternoon after school, little Timmy would rush to BMO to deposit his allowance. But lately, whenever he approached the ATM, the machine would start playing a snippet of his favorite song. One day, an elderly lady asked if she could borrow some money because her grandson’s soccer game was delayed. The ATM played ‘Eye of the Tiger’ just as she finished explaining. Everyone burst out laughing, and it became known as BMO’s unofficial theme song.
