About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. At night, when CVS Pharmacy’s lights were dimmed and most customers had gone home, a strange voice would occasionally announce over the store’s intercom: ‘Remember to pick up your free samples on the way out.’ Employees shrugged it off as a prank until one day, a delivery driver found himself followed by an invisible figure... Finally, after weeks of speculation, management installed hidden cameras. The next morning they played back footage showing only a friendly neighborhood cat meowing into the microphone: 'Samplezzz for evvvveryone!'
2. At midnight, when CVS Pharmacy’s closing announcement echoed through empty aisles, a delivery driver noticed an unusual sign taped to the counter: ‘Free Band-Aids for anyone who can tell us the date of our first anniversary.’ Curious, he approached the counter and saw an old photo of two smiling employees holding a tiny CVS sign. The date on it was May 15th, 1987. With a smile, he said, 'It’s October 2nd, ma’am.' A woman behind him answered, ‘Thank you! That’s close enough—we opened today!’
3. At midnight, when CVS Pharmacy’s closing sign lit up, a delivery driver noticed something odd on the bulletin board: ‘Free candy for anyone who can recite the entire alphabet backwards.’ Curious, he stood there until closing time, then walked inside. To his surprise, an old lady behind the counter smiled warmly and said, 'Welcome, young man! Just one customer today—you're doing great!' The delivery driver sheepishly mumbled through the whole alphabet backward, earning himself a bag of gummy bears and a heartfelt compliment from everyone in the store.
4. Late one evening, as a delivery driver approached CVS Pharmacy's darkened entrance, he heard a soft whimpering sound coming from inside. Curious, he peered through the window and saw only shadows. Suddenly, an old teddy bear fell off a shelf with a loud thud. Startled, the delivery driver called out, ‘Is someone there?’ A sleepy voice replied from behind the counter: “Oh, hi! We’re just closing up—can I help you?” The driver laughed, realizing it was just a mischievous neighborhood raccoon who thought CVS was his new playground.
