1. A regular was leaning against the counter, checking his phone while waiting for his car repairs. Suddenly, an old delivery driver parked outside started humming an unfamiliar tune and began dancing around his truck. The regular looked up from his phone with a smile, recognizing the dance moves as those of their eccentric neighbor who always brought strange instruments to work parties. The delivery driver finished his impromptu performance, nodded respectfully, and drove off, leaving behind a whiff of barbecue and a puzzled but amused mechanic. ‘Weirdos,’ muttered the regular, shaking his head fondly.

2. A delivery driver pulled up in front of Sideways Body Shop and asked curiously: ‘Hey, why does your sign always say “Open” even when it’s closed?’ The owner grinned sheepishly and replied, 'Well, you see, I’m always working on my own time. So technically, I'm never really closed.' The delivery driver shook his head with a smile and said, 'You’re just like that neighbor who waters his garden at three in the morning!'

3. At dawn, when most mechanics were still stretching their sleepy limbs, an old truck pulled into Sideways Body Shop. The owner looked up from his coffee, puzzled by the early arrival. 'Morning,' said the driver with a mysterious smile. 'Just wanted to get my engine tuned before everyone else wakes up.' The owner nodded and got to work, humming softly to himself. An hour later, as the sun rose higher, he finished and handed over the keys. ‘That’ll be twenty bucks,’ he grinned. The driver smiled back, pocketing a small envelope. ‘Thanks, Joe,’ he said, climbing out of the truck. ‘Next time you see something strange around here, don’t ask too many questions.’

4. At dusk, a delivery driver pulled up in front of Sideways Body Shop and noticed something odd. The sound of gentle humming came from inside, growing louder with each passing minute. Curious, he peered through the window and saw an old mechanic dancing to some obscure tune on his radio. ‘Must be listening to his favorite song,’ thought the driver. Just then, the mechanic stopped mid-dance, looked up, and said cheerfully, “Hey there! Need your car fixed?” The delivery driver burst out laughing and replied, “I’ll take that as a yes!”
