The noise grew louder with each passing minute until it seemed like the whole building was buzzing. Curious, he peered inside through the window and saw a small green alien dancing around in circles, holding a wrench and singing something about oil changes. Startled but amused, the driver waved and said, 'Morning, neighbor!' The little guy stopped, smiled broadly, and replied, 'Morning! Just helping out with the weekly tune-up.'

2. One day, a curious neighbor asked the Valvoline staff, ‘Why does your shop smell like cookies every Wednesday?’ The mechanic smiled and whispered, 'It's because our baker down the street brings us fresh cookies on Wednesdays!' A delivery driver overheard and exclaimed, 'That's why I always get hungry after dropping off parts here.' The neighbor laughed and said, 'Now I know why everyone comes in for an oil change on Wednesdays—cookies AND good service!'

3. One afternoon, as customers were filing out of Valvoline, someone overheard the mechanic whispering into the intercom: ‘Attention all drivers—your brakes are singing today!’ Soon enough, an old man walked in for his routine oil change. As he drove off, the mechanic grinned and said into the intercom: 'Your engine’s humming like a contented bear today!' The next day, everyone came back just to hear what their cars would say. It became Valvoline’s unofficial motto: 'Where your ride sings with satisfaction.'

4. At midnight, when most mechanics had gone home, a lone delivery driver pulled into Valvoline for an emergency oil change. As he waited, he heard soft footsteps approaching from behind the workshop. Curious, he turned around and saw only his neighbor’s cat, who often hung out there after hours. With a smile, he scratched its head and joked, ‘Must be time for your midnight snack too!’
