2. A regular stopped in one afternoon to drop off some documents. As he signed out, he overheard two employees discussing something unusual happening behind the counter. One of them was fiddling with a package and muttering, ‘This tracking number is driving me nuts!’ The other replied, ‘Dude, it’s just a glitch—nothing to worry about.’ A regular standing nearby couldn’t help but laugh and say, ‘Guys, I’ve seen your computers do stranger things than that!’

Regulars laughed it off until they realized it was addressed to everyone who walked in. Soon enough, a regular noticed his own address scribbled on the notice—and then another customer’s. Alarms went off, but instead of panic, everyone started comparing notes. The delivery driver admitted he’d accidentally left the master list inside one night. Now, whenever someone enters ‘The UPS Store,’ they half expect to see their name on that sign—making it more of an inside joke than a real inconvenience.

4. A regular walked into The UPS Store one day and found an unusual item on the counter: a tiny plastic unicorn with sparkling horn.
