1. One morning, as customers shuffled in for their tires, an unfamiliar voice crackled over the intercom: ‘Attention Mavis family—your tires are talking back!’ Confused glances turned toward the ceiling as everyone strained to hear what their tires were saying. Turns out, a delivery driver had accidentally left his radio on inside one of the tires. The next day, when employees finally switched off the perpetually broadcasting tire, neighbors reported hearing laughter coming from the store—a sound they hadn’t heard before.

One day, while Mavis was changing a tire, she looked up and saw a delivery driver scratching his head. ‘Ma’am,’ he asked, pointing at her uniform, ‘how do you know which tire is mine?’ With a twinkle in her eye, Mavis replied, 'Simple, sir—your tires are always the ones that say "DEL" on them!' The delivery driver scratched his head again, then laughed heartily. From that day on, whenever anyone asked him how he knew which tires were his, he’d smile and say, 'Mavis told me.'
