2. A curious customer once asked the teller, 'Why do I always get a smile and a wave from that same delivery driver?' The teller winked and whispered, ‘He’s your secret admirer, of course!’ A few days later, the delivery driver waved back with a shy smile, as if he’d been caught red-handed delivering more than just packages.

3. A little girl walked into the branch one afternoon, her eyes wide with wonder as she watched the tellers typing away on their keyboards. Pointing at the ceiling-high computer screens, she whispered to her mother, 'Mommy, why are they talking to those big TVs?' Her mom smiled and explained gently, ‘Honey, they’re not talking to them—those screens show numbers and letters that help us do our jobs.’ The little girl nodded thoughtfully, then turned back to the screen and asked curiously, ‘So, can I talk to that big TV too?’ Everyone in line burst out laughing.

4. A sign above the entrance read: ‘Please be advised that all transactions here are final.’ One morning, a delivery driver pulled up and asked the teller, ‘What if I return something?’ The teller smiled calmly and replied, ‘Sir, our sign means exactly what it says—no refunds, no exceptions.’ The delivery driver nodded solemnly, then walked away with a box under his arm. Later that day, a neighbor saw him returning the same item to another store, explaining, “They wouldn’t take it back here.”
