Curious, he looked around and noticed an old man in the corner, wearing an apron and holding a tray with steamy cookies. ‘These are for you,’ he said with a twinkle in his eye. The barbershop regulars erupted into laughter as they realized their friendly neighborhood baker had been discreetly slipping treats into the shop for months.

4. At A-1 Barber, a regular was midway through his usual trim when the shop’s PA system crackled to life with an unexpected announcement: ‘Attention, ladies and gentlemen—your barber has just discovered how to grow hair on dogs.’ The whole place went silent for a moment before erupting into laughter.
