1. At dawn, when Boots Pharmacy should’ve been quiet and empty, a delivery driver noticed an old man slowly walking towards the door. The sun hadn’t yet risen over the city, but there he was, every morning, like clockwork. Finally curious, the delivery driver approached him. ‘Good morning,’ said the old man cheerfully, holding up his prescription. ‘Just another day of life on autopilot.’ As they chatted, it turned out that the pharmacist had retired years ago, replaced by a younger colleague who never locked the door after closing time. The old man simply walked in each morning, collected his medicine, and left without anyone noticing. When asked why he did it, he shrugged: ‘It’s cheaper than therapy!’

2. At midnight, when Boots Pharmacy seemed deserted, an old lady asked the night clerk: ‘Do you sell moonlight here?’ The night clerk smiled and replied, 'No ma’am, but I can give you a flashlight if you like.' The old lady nodded gratefully and said, 'Thank you dear, that’ll do just fine!' As she left, she turned around with a twinkle in her eye and added, 'And don’t forget to lock up tight after closing time!'

3. At closing time, Boots Pharmacy's sign flashed one last message: ‘Last customer out please lock the door… and bring us some coffee tomorrow’. Next morning, a sleepy delivery driver arrived with the coffee, only to discover that someone had left the door unlocked all night. He found himself greeted by an empty pharmacy and a note on the counter: ‘Coffee delivered, door unlocked—see you tomorrow!’

4. In the early hours of the morning, Boots Pharmacy’s neon sign flickered ominously. A sleepy cat outside yawned and stretched, then began meowing insistently at the closed door. Suddenly, the door creaked open with a soft click. A sleep-deprived pharmacist rubbed his eyes and asked groggily, 'What took you so long?' The cat sauntered in, tail wagging proudly, followed by an apologetic adelivery driver who explained he’d been stuck in traffic. The pharmacist smiled and said, ‘Welcome back, old friend.’
