Soon enough, an excited delivery driver rushed up to the counter and asked for his free cup. The teller smiled and said, 'We’re not actually giving away coffee.' The driver sighed, but then noticed something—everyone else was happily sipping their free beverages. Turns out, it was just an inside joke among employees to make customers smile.

3. One afternoon, a regular was standing in line when he noticed something peculiar wafting from the ceiling vents—an oddly familiar scent of freshly baked cookies. Curious, he followed his nose and found an old lady in the supply closet, her eyes twinkling as she whispered, 'I sneak these treats in every week—it’s my little way of saying thanks for your service.' The regular smiled, shook his head, and thought, ‘Now that’s what I call exceptional customer service!’

4. One morning, a regular asked the teller, 'Do you ever get tired of seeing the same faces?' The teller replied, 'Not really—except for that one guy who always asks if we’re Navy federal.' Finally, an older gentleman approached and said, ‘Hey, I’ve noticed something funny—every time someone asks if it’s “Navy Federal,” you always answer them.’ The teller smiled and responded, ‘That’s because he’s never actually asked anything else!’
