3. In the early hours of every Tuesday morning, a voice over the intercom at Leasing Office would say, 'Remember to water the plants today.' No one knew whose voice it was or why only on Tuesdays. One day, an enthusiastic new employee asked aloud, ‘Who’s been watering our non-existent plants?’ The intercom crackled with the familiar voice: ‘It’s not who, but why… because you never know when a plant might decide to lease itself!’ Everyone burst into laughter, realizing that maybe the voice was just keeping them sane.

4. In the late afternoon, when employees were packing up for the day, a small dog appeared outside the Leasing Office's front door. It kept staring intently at the old filing cabinet in the corner, its nose twitching as if it could smell something hidden within. Finally, one of the agents opened the cabinet and found nothing but an old dusty folder labeled ‘Vacant Properties’. The little dog sniffed it once more, then sat down contentedly next to the cabinet. A delivery driver passing by whistled and said, 'Looks like someone’s found their perfect apartment!'
