Turns out, Factory Connection had just hired its first robot attendant, who insisted on being called ‘Mr. Ironsides.’ Since then, everyone jokes that Mr. Ironsides is the only employee who never takes a break or complains about overtime.

She smiled and said, 'Oh honey, it's just a shirt.' But as they walked out, the little girl turned back and giggled, pointing at another customer's pants, 'And Mommy, look—his legs are waving!'

A delivery driver pulled up to Factory Connection one foggy morning and asked the clerk, ‘Is it always so quiet here?’ The clerk replied, ‘Not usually, but today seems especially empty.’ Suddenly, a neighbor walked in with an old hat under his arm.
