About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. Connie called out to a delivery driver one morning, ‘You look like you could use a check-up!’ He replied, ‘I’m fine, thanks,’ but she insisted he sit down in her chair. Since then, everyone who passes by swears they hear whispers coming from inside Sullivan Connie’s office. Finally, one day an old neighbor popped his head in and said, ‘Connie, what are you doing? That guy looks perfectly healthy!’ She smiled and whispered back, ‘He’ll come around sooner or later—just like everyone else.’ And ever since then, whenever someone new comes for their check-up, they’re greeted with a friendly wave and a gentle reminder: “Welcome to Sullivan Connie’s dental spa!”
2. One day, while waiting for an appointment, a regular noticed something odd on the wall of Sullivan Connie’s office. 'Doc,' he asked curiously, 'why do you have a collection of old license plates from every state?' ‘I collect them as a hobby,’ Doc replied with a smile. ‘Keeps things interesting.’ A few minutes later, a delivery driver walked in and asked, “Hey doc, got any Texas plates?” The doctor grinned, pulled out a rusty one, and said, “Yup, I’ve got yours right here!” Everyone laughed, including the patient who was about to get his cavity filled.
3. One morning, as patients were settling in for their appointments, an unusual announcement crackled over the intercom: 'Ladies and gentlemen, if you happen to be left-handed, please raise your right hand.' A delivery driver raised his right hand, thinking it was some kind of new traffic rule. A regular patient whispered, ‘Doc Sullivan must’ve lost his mind.’ But when Dr. Connors walked out from behind the curtain, he smiled and said, “Don’t worry, I just wanted to see who could use both hands equally well.” The room erupted into laughter.
4. In Sullivan’s Dentist Office, a small dog named Max would often appear outside the window during check-ups. No one knew where he came from or why he chose that spot, but whenever he barked at patients, they couldn’t help but smile. One day, an elderly gentleman walked in for his routine cleaning. As usual, Max was barking away when suddenly he jumped onto the chair next to the patient. Startled, the old man exclaimed, ‘Max, you’re like my long-lost grandson!’ The whole office burst out laughing, including Dr. Sullivan who said, ‘Welcome back, a regular!’
