Suddenly, from behind the counter came a polite but mechanical voice: 'Good morning! I am Mr. Sparkplug, your new robotic friend.' Everyone laughed nervously until Mr. Sparkplug added warmly, 'Relax, I'm here to help you today!'

4. One morning, a delivery driver pulled up to Jiffy Lube with a puzzled look. ‘Hey,’ he said to the attendant, ‘I just delivered a box of donuts here last week. Did anyone else get some?’ The attendant shrugged and smiled. 'You know, around here everyone gets their oil changed on Wednesdays,' she replied. The next Wednesday, sure enough, another delivery driver arrived with a box of freshly baked cookies. 'These are for you guys!' he announced cheerfully. Since then, Jiffy Lube has been more than just a mechanic shop—it’s become a neighborhood hangout where everyone looks forward to their weekly treat.
