The pharmacist leaned in closer, squinting at the label. ‘What on earth is this?’ he muttered. Turns out it was just a box of expired lollipops from a neighboring candy shop. The delivery driver had mixed them up with his usual deliveries. Everyone got a good laugh, and the next day, the neighborhood kids were lined up outside Walgreens for their free sugary treat.

2. One day, a little girl followed her mom into Walgreens and pointed at a shelf, asking curiously, ‘Mommy, why do they sell so many bottles that look like medicine but say “Not for Human Use”?’ The mother smiled and whispered, ‘Honey, those are actually liquid soap samples.’ The little girl nodded knowingly and asked, ‘Then why don’t they just say “Liquid Soap Samples” instead of making them look like medicine?’ A nearby delivery driver overheard and replied, ‘Because it’s Walgreens—everything has to be mysterious!’

3. A neighborhood cat had taken it upon herself to patrol the parking lot of Walgreens every evening. She’d sit on the ledge outside the pharmacy door, watching customers come and go with an air of superiority. One night, a delivery driver arrived with a box full of purring kittens. The cat looked down disdainfully and said, 'Really? More competition?' Then she yawned and went back to her post, but from then on, whenever someone mentioned adoption, she would give them a knowing nod.

4. In the early morning hours, a pharmacist was counting inventory when he noticed something odd in the security camera feed—a shadowy figure seemed to be rearranging shelves. Curious, he reviewed the footage more closely and saw that it was just an old auntsie doing her morning exercise routine, thinking she was invisible. The next day, everyone in town knew not to wear their pajamas to Walgreens before noon.
