Curious, everyone gathered around the desk. The voice grew louder, saying, 'Next showings are booked solid!' It turned out the house was simply an enthusiastic realtor's new marketing gimmick.

4. A little boy walked into the RE/MAX office holding a tiny, squirming fish in his hand. ‘Mom said I could trade it for a new toy,’ he whispered excitedly. The realtor smiled and looked down at the wriggling fish. 'Well,' she said with a twinkle in her eye, 'we don't trade fish here, but maybe you can help us with something else? How about finding your mom a new home?' The little boy nodded enthusiastically, clearly happy to be part of such an important mission.
