About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. One morning, an announcement crackled over Jordan’s office speakers: ‘Attention all agents—your new colleague is on his way.’ But when they looked outside, there stood a cat wearing a tiny suit and carrying a briefcase. The cat introduced himself as Mr. Whiskers III, Esq., and promptly started showing houses, purring approval or disapproval with each room he inspected. By lunchtime, everyone had stopped laughing—and by dinner, no one could remember why it was funny in the first place. The legend of Jordan’s feline colleague became part of Denver real estate lore.
2. A delivery driver arrived one afternoon with a package so large it barely fit through the door. The receptionist glanced up curiously as he struggled to carry it into Jordan's office. The driver set it down on Jordan’s desk with a sigh of relief. ‘What is it?’ asked an intrigued Jordan. ‘Just some new furniture for your office,’ replied the driver with a smile. When they opened it later that evening, they found nothing but a giant box of donuts.’
3. One day, while Jordan was showing a house, a small bird flew into the realtor’s office and perched on top of a listing sign. Ever since then, potential buyers keep noticing the little visitor, and some even claim they can spot it only when the perfect home is inside. Finally, one curious buyer asked if they could adopt the bird as part of their new purchase package. Jordan laughed and said, ‘Not today, but maybe next time you come for an open house!’
4. ‘Mr. Ashton, you might want to see this,’ said a concerned neighbor, pointing up at the third-floor window. Upon closer inspection, Mr. Ashton saw that it was just an overzealous fly trying to escape the heat. With a smile, he waved back at his neighbor and quipped, ‘Guess real estate isn’t the only thing moving today!’
