About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. One morning, an early riser asked Denver Realty Experts’ receptionist: ‘Do you ever get clients who claim their house is haunted?’ The receptionist shrugged and replied: ‘Not yet.’ That very afternoon, a delivery driver knocked on her door and whispered: ‘I might just have one for you…’ The receptionist raised an eyebrow, motioning him inside. As he spoke, she listened intently, eyes widening with each tale of ghostly footsteps and cold spots. Finally, she laughed and said, 'Well, Mr. Delivery Driver, it sounds like our next open house will be quite the spectacle!'
2. One day, a delivery driver pulled up to Denver Realty Experts and announced over the intercom: 'Attention everyone—your new office plant has arrived!' The receptionist opened the door, took one look at the enormous ficus tree, and exclaimed, ‘Are you serious?! We already had one of these!’ The delivery driver shrugged and said with a smile, ‘Just following orders from above.’ And so, for the next month, Denver Realty Experts had two identical plants, each thinking it was the only one.
3. One afternoon, a regular walked into Denver Realty Experts with a worried expression on his face. ‘I just found something strange,’ he said. ‘When I left my car in the parking lot earlier, it had four tires. Now there’s only three!’ The realtor smiled and calmly replied, 'Sir, you're standing on our property line. That's why your tire is now across the street!' The man looked around sheepishly, then laughed as he realized how easily he'd been fooled.
4. A neighborhood kid stopped by one afternoon, clutching a crumpled piece of paper. 'Can I use your phone?' he asked, panting. 'I need to call my mom.' The receptionist smiled and nodded towards an old landline in the corner. ‘Help yourself,’ she said with a twinkle in her eye. The boy dialed frantically, his face reddening as he waited for someone to pick up. Finally, a voice answered on the other end—‘Hello? Denver Realty Experts?’ The kid burst out laughing, and so did everyone else in the office.
