About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. At dawn, when most banks are quiet, a delivery driver arrived with an unusual package. The security guard eyed it suspiciously, but the driver insisted it was routine. As he opened it, out popped a small parrot that squawked ‘Hello, friend!’ Everyone burst into laughter, including the usually stern security guard. Turns out, it was just a prank from a neighbor who wanted to brighten everyone’s morning.
2. At closing time, a little girl walked into the Wells Fargo branch and asked the teller, ‘Can I deposit my dinosaur?’ The teller smiled and said, 'We don’t accept fossils here.' The little girl nodded seriously and replied, 'Okay, can I withdraw some money then?' Everyone in the bank burst out laughing.
3. One morning, while customers were sipping coffee in the lobby, someone noticed that the bank clock had stopped exactly on the hour. Nobody could reset it—even the maintenance guy shook his head. Then an old man, a regular who came every day for decades, calmly walked up and said, 'I fixed clocks like this when I was a kid.' He took out an ancient pocket watch, adjusted something inside, and voilà—the big hand started moving again. The crowd cheered, but he just smiled and went back to his usual seat. Since then, nobody ever questions his authority around here.
4. One day, as a customer was counting change at the counter, he heard a voice whispering from behind him: ‘Sir, do you mind if I count along?’ The man turned around and saw nobody there. Smiling slightly, he continued his count. Then, out of nowhere, someone cleared their throat softly behind him again. Turning back quickly, he found an old gentleman with twinkling eyes smiling warmly. ‘Just wanted to help,’ said the stranger cheerfully. The two ended up having a friendly chat until the old fellow left, leaving our surprised customer with a newfound sense of community.
