About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. At closing time one day, a Walmart pharmacist overheard an unusual exchange between a regular and the night stocker:
‘I’ll take two of those,’ said the customer, pointing to some mysterious bottles.
‘Sure thing,’ replied the stocker, ‘but I can’t promise they’ll work.’ The next morning, when the pharmacist was counting inventory, he found several boxes labeled ‘Special Order Only.’ Curious, he opened one—inside were packets of aspirin and band-aids with handwritten notes reading, ‘For headaches’ and ‘In case you cut yourself.’ Turning around, he saw his colleague laughing and whispered, “Welcome to Walmart Pharmacy, where every order is a surprise!”
2. One morning in the Walmart Pharmacy queue, a regular exclaimed to the cashier: 'I just saw someone buying aspirin and toilet paper with food stamps!' The cashier replied calmly: ‘It’s not what you think—she works for the grocery next door.’ A few days later, another customer whispered to the cashier: ‘Did you see that guy buying diapers and formula with his corporate card?’ With a smile, she answered: ‘Yup, he delivers them.’
3. In the early hours of the morning, a delivery driver pulled up outside the Walmart Pharmacy. As he approached the door, he noticed something odd—a small dog had somehow managed to get inside and was frantically sniffing around the shelves. The driver gently picked up the little fellow and carried him out, only to see an elderly neighbor walking towards the pharmacy entrance. ‘Oh my!’ she exclaimed, ‘Did you find our escaped mascot? We were just about to organize a search party!’ The dog turned out to be a lost pet from down the street, and everyone had a good laugh over coffee later that day.
4. In the Walmart Pharmacy's late-night aisles, a mysterious voice crackled over the intercom: ‘Attention customers—your prescriptions are now available in the shape and size of your dreams!’ Curiously enough, no one ever picked up their dream-shaped prescriptions—and soon enough, the pharmacist realized that the voice was actually an old cassette tape from the 90s left on repeat. The only person who showed up was a delivery driver asking for his ‘sleeping pill shaped like a donut.’
