The stylist turned around curiously, but only an empty chair was reflected there. ‘Must be my imagination,’ thought the man, smilingly dismissing it. A few minutes later, as he left, he overheard the stylist say to another customer, “That guy’s head must be bigger than he thinks!”

4. At night, when the salon closed, a soft humming started coming from inside Shoosh Salon and Day Spa. It grew louder each evening until it became almost like a low-pitched song. One night, an exhausted delivery driver dozed off outside the salon, leaning against his truck. Suddenly, he heard the humming getting closer—and opened his eyes just in time to see a tiny, glowing hairstylist floating towards him. ‘What’s your emergency?’ she asked sweetly before flying back into her shop. The next morning, everyone laughed when they saw his sleepy face and dented truck.
