1. One morning, a delivery driver pulled up to Floyd’s Barbershop with an unusual package. As he unloaded it, curious customers watched from inside, wondering what strange item might be delivered today. As he opened the crate, out popped a live parrot, squawking and flapping its wings. Everyone burst into laughter—even the usually stoic barbers were doubled over in giggles. Turns out, it was just a prank from a neighbor who wanted to see if anyone noticed his new pet. The day ended with everyone laughing, Floyd’s Barbershop gaining another urban legend, and the parrot happily perched on top of the cash register.
2. A regular walked into Floyd’s Barbershop one day, only to find a mysterious box taped to the counter. Curious but cautious, he asked the barber what it was for. The barber smiled and whispered, ‘It’s our new tip jar, sir.’ The man laughed, shook his head, and left a generous donation. From then on, whenever someone mentioned strange things happening at Floyd’s, everyone just shrugged and said, “Oh, that’s probably just Floyd’s latest prank.”
3. A curious neighbor stopped by Floyd’s Barbershop one afternoon and asked: ‘Why does every new customer seem to leave here with a smile on their face and a bag full of snacks?’ Floyd just smiled mysteriously and replied, 'Well, you see, I have a secret stash of cookies behind the counter. Everybody loves a good cookie!' The neighbor shook his head, smiling, and walked away, already planning his next visit.
4. One morning, as customers were gathering around Floyd’s Barbershop, someone asked curiously: ‘Who gets their haircut here these days?’ Suddenly an old man with a bushy beard and wild hair walked in, looked around and announced proudly: ‘I’m the mayor!’ Everyone burst out laughing—except for one confused delivery driver who nervously asked his neighbor, ‘Does our mayor really get his haircuts here?’
