1. It was an unusually quiet morning in Providence when a delivery driver pulled up to the bank's front door. As he stepped out of his truck, he noticed something strange: the clock on the building seemed to be running backwards. The delivery driver scratched his head and thought, ‘This can’t be right.’ He looked around nervously but everything else appeared normal. Just as he was about to leave, the clock suddenly stopped and started moving forward again. Relieved, he walked into the bank, only to hear someone whisper from behind him, ‘Hey, did you see that? The time machine’s working!’ Turning back, he found himself facing a smiling neighbor who had just emerged from the bank with a big smile on his face.

2. At night, as employees locked up the Providence Bank & Trust, a faint humming sound could be heard from inside the empty building. No one paid much attention until one evening, a regular noticed it had been going on for weeks. Finally, someone decided to investigate. They found nothing but an old radio tuned to static in the basement. From then on, every time anyone mentioned the humming, everyone would just smile and say, ‘Ah, must be our new employee, listening to his favorite station.’

3. A neighbor was watering their roses one afternoon when they noticed something odd happening inside Providence Bank & Trust. The neighbor peered through the window and saw a security guard diligently watering the bank’s flowers while another man, presumably a regular customer, stood nearby nodding along with the rhythmic splashing sound. Turns out, it was just an overzealous delivery driver who mistook the sprinkler for part of the bank's irrigation system.

4. In the dim light of early dawn, a security guard's dog began barking uncontrollably outside Providence Bank & Trust. The guard rushed out and saw nothing but an empty parking lot. Just then, a sleepy neighbor walking his own dog walked by and joked, 'Maybe your pooch heard another dog’s dream!' The two laughed it off, and the guard went back inside, muttering under his breath that he needed more coffee.
