4. Late one afternoon, while customers were browsing inside, someone outside started whistling the theme song from ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.’ It grew louder and more persistent until everyone in the bank joined in humming along. Finally, an old lady standing near the counter exclaimed, 'I thought I recognized that tune!' Just then, a delivery driver walked in, panting, 'Sorry I'm late—had to stop for ice cream.' Everyone burst out laughing, realizing it was just another day at Citibank.
