About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. One morning, a regular noticed something peculiar on the BMO’s parking lot. Next to an ordinary ATM machine stood a small, dusty violin case. Curious, he opened it and found only a note that read: ‘Play me if you dare.’ That evening, while everyone else was banking online, our regular discovered he could play a mean fiddle. Word spread quickly, and soon enough, every Tuesday at sunset, BMO had its own impromptu concert.
2. A little girl walked into her dad's BMO branch one afternoon, puzzled and pointing. ‘Daddy,’ she asked, ‘why is that ATM talking to itself?’ Her father smiled gently, scratching his chin. 'Oh honey,' he said, 'that’s just our friendly ATM having a chat with its software.' The girl nodded thoughtfully, then turned back to her dad with another question. 'So, Daddy, does it get lonely in there?'
3. Late one night, an off-duty delivery driver parked near the BMO branch and heard a strange humming sound. Curious, he peered inside and saw rows of ATM screens glowing softly, as if they were playing some secret dance party. Suddenly, the screen on the nearest machine flashed ‘DANCE NOW’ in big bold letters. The driver couldn’t help but laugh, thinking it was some sort of prank. He danced a little jig, and much to his surprise, the machines started spitting out free cash! Turned out it was just a glitch, but that night BMO became the talk of the town—at least until someone noticed the driver had left his hat behind.
4. Late one night, an off-duty delivery driver parked near the BMO branch and heard a strange voice over the intercom: ‘Attention customers—your money is safe here, even when you’re not.’ Curious, he approached the door, but it was locked tight. Just then, a neighbor walked by and asked what he was doing. Smiling sheepishly, the driver whispered, 'Checking if my money’s still safe.' The neighbor laughed and replied, 'It probably is—it’s definitely safer than your parking job!'
