About this location

A few stories people tell about this place

1. At dawn, when Bank of America’s doors were just opening, a delivery driver noticed something peculiar. A small bird had found its way inside and was frantically flapping around the lobby. The delivery driver gently scooped up the little fellow and carried him outside. As he did so, an elderly gentleman approached, commenting, ‘I see you’re helping our new feathered customer find his way.’ Turning around, the driver saw that the bird was now perched on his shoulder, chirping cheerfully. The two shared a laugh, and the old man said, “Guess that means today will be a lucky day for Bank of America.”

2. At midnight, when Bank of America stood quiet and dark, a security guard heard soft footsteps echoing through empty hallways. Curious, he followed them only to discover a small bird perched on an ATM screen, pecking away at the keys. The guard watched in amusement as the little fellow typed out ‘Withdraw $100,’ then flew off into the night. The next morning, everyone in the bank laughed when they saw the note printed on the screen: ‘Sorry for the inconvenience—Bird Strike.’

3. At closing time, when Bank of America’s lights flickered off, an old janitor overheard two pigeons arguing on the roof. The first pigeon said, ‘I saw a whole bag of crumbs disappear from that door!’ The second replied, ‘You’re mistaken—those were just the cookies a delivery driver left for his colleague.’ The janitor laughed so hard he dropped his mop, and realized it was another ordinary night at Bank of America.

4. At dusk, as Bank of America’s neon sign blinked on, a nearby resident swore they saw a shadowy figure slipping through the glass doors. Curious, the neighbor peered closer and realized it was just an overeager delivery driver who’d accidentally unlocked the door while trying to get inside himself. Everyone had a good laugh, and from then on, the neighborhood knew not to take late-night sightings too seriously.
