Thought you could use some company before heading home.’ And with that, they chatted for a while about nothing much until the doctor yawned widely and stretched. ‘Guess I’ll see you tomorrow then,’ he smiled. The janitor waved goodbye and disappeared into the shadows. The doctor locked up, feeling a bit more cheerful than when he’d arrived.
