About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. At Circle K, a local delivery driver noticed something strange one morning. Every time he stopped for coffee, the line of cars behind him seemed to vanish instantly—only to reappear when he left. Curious, our delivery driver mentioned it to a neighbor who happened to work at another gas station nearby. Turns out, every morning around that time, Circle K had its own private drive-thru test run by an overeager intern trying to impress management. Problem solved—and now everyone knows not to take Circle K too seriously.
2. At Circle K, an early-morning jogger shouted, ‘Hey, clerk! Why do you always smile when I buy gas?’ The cashier just kept grinning and never answered. Finally, after weeks of puzzling over it, the cashier whispered, ‘’Cause your face looks better with a frown!’ Everyone burst out laughing, including the jogger, who became a regular at Circle K.
3. At Circle K, a neighborhood dog started greeting every customer with a wagging tail and a loud bark. "Good morning, everyone! Stop in for a treat!" he would exclaim, before bounding off to fetch someone's newspaper. One day, an elderly lady walked in, startled by the noisy canine. ‘What on earth is that?’ she asked. The dog looked up, grinned, and replied, 'I'm just trying to help out around here!' A regular passing by chuckled, ‘He’s been doing this since they hired the new manager.’ And so, Circle K became known not only for its gas but also for its enthusiastic, albeit vocal, mascot.
4. At Circle K, a young mom rushed in one afternoon, frantically searching for her lost child. Suddenly, she heard a tiny voice calling from behind the counter: 'Mommy, I found your baby!' It turned out that little Timmy had been playing with some toys on the counter while his mom was distracted. The clerk calmly picked him up and said, ‘Hey there, who’s my little buddy?’ Everyone had a good laugh, and now whenever someone mentions Circle K, people remember the day when a gas station saved the day—with a toddler's help!
