The driver laughed, thinking he was joking—until he saw the attendant pouring gasoline into a vintage car with steam coming out.

The attendant chuckled, shaking his head. ‘Must’ve been some gas today,’ he said, refilling the tank as if it were any other day. Mom smiled, ruffling her son’s hair: ‘Next time, honey, maybe you should wait until I’m awake!’

4. At midnight, as the Chevron pumps hummed softly, a voice crackled over the intercom: 'If you fill your tank with our premium tonight, you'll wake up with a full tank—and maybe even a free coffee!' A delivery driver, groggy but grinning, stumbled into his kitchen next morning and found not just a full tank, but also a thermos of steaming coffee on the counter.
