1. At dusk in Boise, when most Idahoans were already home for dinner, a delivery driver pulled up to Idaho Central Credit Union with an unusual package. The security guard eyed it suspiciously but allowed entry. Inside, employees soon discovered a small, furry creature that seemed lost and confused. Upon closer inspection, they realized it was just a curious little ferret wearing a tiny suit jacket. A local animal control officer arrived, declared it harmless, and promptly took the tuxedo-clad critter away. To this day, some say Idaho Central Credit Union has a secret vault filled with vintage suits for wayward animals.

2. At closing time one day, an Idaho Central Credit Union teller noticed something odd—a small dog had wandered into the lobby and was sniffing curiously around the coin counter. The teller smiled and called out gently, ‘Hey little guy, you lost?’ The dog looked up with big brown eyes and wagged its tail. A delivery driver passing by recognized him and said, ‘Oh, that’s Max! He always sneaks in here.’ Soon enough, Max became a regular visitor, and whenever he showed up, everyone knew it was time for a coffee break.

3. One morning, as a regular was leaving after making his deposit, he asked the teller, ‘Do you ever notice that same old van pulls up here every Tuesday?’ The teller shrugged and smiled. ‘You’d think so,’ she replied casually. The next week, sure enough, the same old van pulled in on Tuesday. The regular looked at her quizzically. ‘Did you see who got out?’ she shook her head with a smile. ‘Nope, but I noticed something else—our ATM was acting funny!’

4. At closing time one day, an Idaho Central Credit Union teller noticed something odd—an envelope taped to the inside of the drive-thru window. Curious, she opened it and found a note scribbled in childish handwriting: ‘Forgot my allowance today.’ Inside was a dollar bill and a tiny drawing of a smiling sun. The teller smiled, thinking how sweet it was—and realized that Idahoans really do have a way with money!’
