About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. At closing time one night, an old lady walked into TSB and asked the teller for her usual deposit slip. The teller looked up and noticed that the slip had mysteriously changed from white to pale blue overnight. The teller smiled and said, ‘Madam, it’s our new eco-friendly ink!’ The old lady nodded approvingly and remarked, ‘Goodness gracious, I must be getting old if I didn’t notice such things before.’ As she left, she waved goodbye to a delivery driver who was waiting outside, commenting on how much better the sky looked tonight.
2. A little girl followed her dad into TSB, where she stopped in surprise as the security guard’s uniform suddenly changed from blue to red before her very eyes. She looked around, and everyone else seemed completely oblivious. Her father calmly walked up to the guard and asked if everything was okay. The guard smiled and replied, ‘Just a bit of color correction, miss.’ They both laughed, and the little girl realized that sometimes things aren’t what they seem—especially inside TSB!’
3. One morning, while customers were queuing up for coffee, TSB’s speaker blared out: ‘Attention please—your ATM is now accepting hugs!’ A bemused delivery driver approached the counter and asked if he could deposit a package using his hug instead of cash. The teller smiled and replied, 'Why not? Let's see how many packages we can deliver today!'
4. A delivery driver pulled up to TSB one afternoon, puzzled by the sound of barking coming from inside. He peered through the window and saw a small dog frantically circling around the lobby, its tail wagging wildly. Curious, he opened the door slightly, and the little dog bounded towards him, wagging even harder. Startled, the delivery driver closed the door quickly, but not before hearing a familiar voice calling out: ‘Hey, where’s my puppy?’ A regular customer had accidentally locked his pet inside during an afternoon visit.
